About
Milk’n’Honey
For the third time, we invite you to the temple of serene bliss, natural sweetness, soft smile, and pleasure as a state of being.
In an international tribe of about 250 playful beings, we let Eros flow in a moment of rest from the urge to heal more, grow more, become more, do more, and be more.
Milk'n'Honey welcomes people at all levels of conscious sex-positive experience to co-create and expand our culture of love, power, and freedom.
The Essence
of Milk’n’Honey
Milk’n’Honey is about celebrating ENOUGHNESS – snuggling into the state of imperfect perfection.
Together we stop to appreciate what we have already built, gone through, healed, and achieved. We gather to celebrate all that we are and have become.
We experience the feeling of wholeness that is already ripe inside of us to be felt. The ultimate medicine that we are all ready to give ourselves permission for.
We choose to surrender to the delicious pleasure of life that nourishes, rejuvenates, inspires, and soothes our being.
In this space, aliveness & pleasure becomes our teacher, our medicine, and our way of connecting to the divine. Milk’n’Honey is an invitation to celebrate the sweetness of life and deep nourishment of becoming more alive.
We come to remember this archetype of Milk’n’Honey already floating ecstatically through our cells, from the primordial times until today. This land of abundance is always within us. We gather to feel its consistency and remember it over and over again.

Conscious Eros
Eros is the pulse of life itself—the energy that moves through us, igniting creativity, intimacy, and deep connection to the self. It’s the spark that awakens aliveness, the magnetic pull between beings, and the mystery that fuels creation. To walk the path of Conscious Eros is to embrace this energy with awareness, honoring our desires with integrity and forming connections that resonate with our heart, mind, body, and spirit. It’s an invitation to surrender to the lessons that intimacy and life have to offer.
Milk’n’Honey is a body-positive, sex-positive festival where Eros is welcomed in its full expression.
But eroticism doesn’t only mean sexuality—it’s anything that sets your soul on fire. Eros is dancing until you lose yourself in the rhythm, singing until your voice shakes, sharing your raw truth in a circle, and, yes, making love in a way that feels aligned and sacred. In our Love Temples, every desire is honored, and every boundary is celebrated—because knowing and expressing what you need, want, and fear is just as hot as saying yes.

Temple Nourishment
Temple Nourishment is the art of feeding every layer of our being. At Milk’n’Honey, this nourishment happens through carefully curated experiences that engage our four bodies:
Physical Nourishment:
Sharing loving touch, relaxing in nature, swimming in a lake, enjoying the sauna, or dancing under the stars.
Emotional Nourishment:
Being seen, heard, and held in sharing circles, rituals, or deep connections.
Intellectual Nourishment:
Inspiring talks, engaging in discussions, or learning in workshops.
Energetic Nourishment:
Praying, meditating, or being in the quiet embrace of the forest.
Through these practices, we replenish ourselves, reconnecting to what truly nourishes us from the inside out.

Temple Arts
In the Temple Arts, the body is more than just flesh and form—it is a living altar, the sacred temple of the soul. By feeling Eros flowing through our body, we connect to the divine, using pleasure as a modality of healing.
Pleasure becomes prayer. Ecstatic aliveness becomes union with the divine, however you define it. This is the moment we align with what nourishes our body, mind, heart, and soul—and let go of what does not.
In the Temple Arts, we allow aliveness to flow through us in its full spectrum. Our ability to feel pleasure is as vast as our capacity to feel pain. To open ourselves to all the colors of aliveness means welcoming the entire range of our emotions—crying, screaming, laughing, making love. It is all life moving through us. In this sacred practice, we express what is within us, awakening our ability to feel the wholeness of being alive.
It is about making love with life as it is—embracing each moment, whether tender or wild, soft or fierce. Meeting life fully, we surrender to its rhythm, letting it move us, breathe us, and transform us.
This is an invitation to step into the mystery, to listen to the wisdom of your body, and to celebrate the raw, unfiltered aliveness that flows through you.

Our Slavic Roots
We gather in Poland—a land where history runs deep, where the soil holds the echoes of struggle and resilience.
Once, this land was home to the Slavic people—a culture woven into the sacred fabric of nature. The Slavs were minimalists, their temples not of stone but of the living world: the tree, the river, the sacred grove. Here, prayer was not spoken but felt—feet touching the earth, hands meeting the sky.
Much of this culture’s material legacy has faded. Monotheistic traditions built over its sacred sites, leaving only scattered whispers of what once was. Yet, the land remembers. Its stones and forests still hum with stories of those who honored it. To reconnect with our roots, we must listen—to the wind, the rivers, the quiet wisdom of nature itself.
Milk’n’Honey invites us to reimagine this land—not as one of suffering, but of abundance. To let the rivers carry nourishment, pleasure, and life. To weave the currents of Eros and vitality back into the earth, so that healing is not something we seek, but something we embody.
We honor the wisdom of our Slavic ancestors—not through books, but through lived experience, through ritual, through reverence. We call upon Mokosz, Strzebóg, Planetnicy, Latawce, Daćbóg, Raróg, Żar ptak, Kupała, Jeziorany, Leluje, Swaróg, Morena, Weles, Nyja, Baby, and Dziady. We return to simplicity, to truth, to enoughness.
Together, we celebrate what is ours. We let milk and honey flow.

Join us at Milk’n’Honey to rediscover the joy of being. Together, we celebrate the art of conscious living, loving, and surrendering to life’s sweetest gifts. Let us pause, honor the present moment, and allow milk and honey to flow—nourishing ourselves, our connections, and the land that holds us.
